Thursday, September 28, 2023, 7:30 a.m. Indonesian specified skilled worker who will work at each facilities of Kaikoukai Group have arrived at Chubu Centrair International Airport.
After going through customs, there were interviews by Aichi Television Broadcasting Co., Ltd. and Chukyo TV. Broadcasting Co., Ltd. Assistant General Manager, Kumazawa of International Division explained the acceptance policy and systems.
Some specified skilled workers were also interviewed. Although they looked nervous, they firmly answered questions.
After interviews at the arrival lobby, they finally went out of the airport. They must be tired from the long trip, however, they were cheerful and light-footed.
One hour after arriving, they got on the microbus and moved to each residence near each workplace. At each residence, we explained how to use home appliances and fixtures, etc. in Indonesian. Tomorrow, we continue to help them prepare to start their life in Japan.
For one month from October, they have training and exchange before the start of work and then they will work at each facility.
In addition to the interviews by TV stations, we are planning to stream the classes via ZOOM.
