Taking look back on Three Months at Work: New Employee Training at a Dialysis Clinic

On Thursday, June 6, 2024, from 4:00 PM, a training session for new employees of dialysis clinics in the Owari region was held on the first floor of the Miraika Building. This training is part of the new employee training conducted in rotation by the Education Committee of the Dialysis Division. Registered Nurse, Clinical Engineer, Radiological Technologist, Registered Dietitian, Medical Social Worker  and administrative staff from various clinics attended the session, regardless of their job roles. This time, for the first time, Indonesian staff also participated.

This time, the session was conducted by Manager Fujita from Ama Kyoritsu Clinic. The purpose of the training was to express one's own thoughts and feelings based on personal experiences, organize these emotions, listen well to the opinions of other members, and collaboratively think about solutions to problems.

After the training, a tea party was held where participants took look back on the content of the training while enjoying snacks. This relaxed atmosphere provided a great opportunity to think about how to apply what they learned today to their work at the clinic.
