From today, October 6, first specified skilled workers have started to learn about knowledge and skills necessary for working at our facilities.
Staff who had worked at our Home Care Division mainly give lectures on nursing care in Japan. We let them realize again the differences between welfare equipment in Japan and Indonesia by using equipment that is actually used in nursing care site in Japan.
In today and tomorrow’s lectures, they learn about nursing care knowledge in Japan, especially at facilities of Kaikoukai Group. This will lead to the smooth instruction while working at each facility and to the reduction of the burden on the site.
In addition, staff at the academy continue to work together so that specified skilled workers can work with peace of mind by making them learn about knowledge and skills necessary for working at the facilities where they will work in advance.
